Sol Brah is an advocate for sunshine health and positive messages impacting the way you see and approach life. Sol Brah often advocates that saying outloud, "I have unlimited energy", will rewire your brain to give your mind and body more energy just by declaring it to yourself. The world is what you put into it. I have always been inspired by vision boards, natural health, and positive energy. Through this inspiration, I decided to make an eye chart based on the "Sol Way".
