Working with sellers who reach audiences in other countries, we needed to write our warnings in other languages and work with translators. It was part of my job to collaborate with our design team and lab then request translations from the translator. We had a library of translations, so I would also proofread any current text to confirm they matched each translation.

I collaborated with our team of product managers to gather information for each bottom label. I would proofread and crosscheck again spreadsheets for each product and find any missing information. After completing a bottom label, I would route designs internally to get approval before sending final designs to production.

With warning labels comes size requirements. Many of our diffusers had a small space to work with so we created butterfly bottom labels and worked our magic to make the warning text & symbols comply with regulations.
